Frequently asked questions.

Where are you located?

I’m based in Grand Blanc, Michigan, but I shoot all over the state and am available for travel. Yes, I’ll even join you at your fabulous beach resort if that’s where you want your session! The location for your shoot will depend on your unique goals and vision. We often use hotel rooms, rented studios, private outdoor spaces, or even your home. We’ll decide on the perfect spot together during our initial consultation.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Yes! I offer flexible payment plans and accept credit cards, with no additional fees for using these options. The payment plan will be customized based on your timeline for the shoot.

Do you offer couples sessions?

Absolutely! Couples sessions are available for an additional fee. This covers the extra editing time required and the presence of an assistant during the shoot. If you have any questions about couples sessions, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to chat.

Can I bring a friend to my session?

Yes! I’d love for you to bring a supportive, encouraging friend along. As long as she’s there to cheer you on, she’s welcome to join the fun. In fact, if she’s interested, she can book a session on the same day, and we can shoot back-to-back! If you have a friend who might be overly critical or negative, it’s best to leave them at home. Photography is fluid, and we move through poses as we work—some may not be your favorite, but they might lead to “The Shot.” We don’t want any negativity holding you back.

How soon will I get my photos back?

After our shoot, we’ll take a short break, which is a great time for you to grab a bite or run a quick errand while I begin sorting through the images. We’ll meet back up for your initial reveal, where you’ll see lightly edited versions of your photos (basic lighting, cropping, and color correction). You’ll choose your final images, which will then be fully retouched. Final edits typically take 2-4 weeks, after which I’ll order your print products and upload your images to an online gallery. Your products can be shipped to you or to me, and we’ll arrange delivery if needed.

What type of editing is included?

I’ll handle basic color correction, lighting adjustments, and cropping before your initial reveal. After you select your final images, I’ll perform more detailed retouching, such as removing blemishes, smoothing skin, and refining hair. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty without altering your body shape or going overboard—just making you look like the best version of yourself. Retouching is personal, so we’ll discuss your preferences during our conversations. For example, some women prefer to keep their stretch marks, while others might ask to remove a birthmark.

Will you use my images online?

Only if you give me permission. There’s an option in your contract to indicate if you’re open to this. Even if you agree, I’ll always ask for your approval before posting anything. If you do give permission, your images could inspire other women, but there’s absolutely no pressure to share unless you’re comfortable.

What should I wear?

Great question, and the options are endless! When you first contact me, I’ll send you a detailed client guide about wardrobe choices, but the real answers will come during our initial conversation. Depending on your body, style, and the vibe you want to create, your wardrobe could range from spicy lingerie to an oversized sweater and everything in between. I love helping with this part!

Is hair and makeup included?

Yes! I want you to look and feel your absolute best, so professional hair and makeup are included in your session price. You’re welcome to tip your artist, but otherwise, I’ve got it covered.

What does it cost?

I know you’re eager to find out! My “Mini” package starts at $1,585. All packages include professional editing, digital files, some form of an album, an online gallery, and professional hair and makeup. There are options for more prints, more outfits, more final images, and so on. Once you send me a contact form, I’ll provide my client guide with all the details before we schedule a call.

I also occasionally host Boudoir Marathons. These are similar to mini sessions but tailored for boudoir. We rent a single space and have multiple women come in for their sessions. These sessions are shorter and usually don’t include hair and makeup, making them a great option for someone on a budget or someone who wants to do them more frequently. If you’re interested, let me know—I keep a waitlist, and those on it get notified first before the sessions are publicly listed.
